At Monster Clean, we believe a clean home can make a real difference. That's why we created Monster Clean Gives Back, our monthly community program that provides a free professional carpet cleaning to someone who could use a helping hand.
Whether it's a veteran, first responder, teacher, senior, family facing difficult circumstances, or simply someone who's always putting others first, we want to recognize the people who make our community stronger.

Submit a nomination anytime using the form below.
Include a few details about why you're nominating them.
Each month, we'll select one recipient for a complimentary residential carpet cleaning.
There's no cost to nominate and no purchase necessary.
We may contact you or the nominee if we need additional information before making our selection.
Who Can Be Nominated?
Anyone in our service area who could benefit from a professionally cleaned home, including:
Veterans
Active military
First responders
Teachers
Seniors
Families facing hardship

Neighbors making a positive impact in the community

Eligible Recipients
The Monster Clean Gives Back Program is intended to help individuals, families, and local nonprofit organizations within Monster Clean's primary service area who could benefit from professional cleaning services but may not otherwise be able to receive them.
Services Included
Recipients may receive professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, pet stain and odor treatment, or other services offered by Monster Clean, based on the needs of the home and the recommendation of our team.
Each Gives Back recipient will receive complimentary services valued at up to $500.
Program Guidelines
To help as many members of our community as possible, the Gives Back Program is designed for standard residential cleaning projects within Monster Clean's normal service area.
While there is no maximum home size, the program is generally intended for homes where the recommended services can reasonably be completed within the program's value. For larger homes or projects exceeding the program allowance, Monster Clean may provide partial service or work with the recipient to prioritize the areas that would have the greatest impact.
Services are performed during normal business hours and are subject to technician availability.
Households or organizations may be selected once every three years, unless otherwise approved by Monster Clean.
Program Exclusions
The Gives Back Program is generally not intended for:
Vacant rental properties or apartment turnovers
Homes being prepared primarily for sale or rental
Commercial properties (except approved nonprofit organizations)
New construction or post-construction cleanup
Hoarding situations requiring specialized cleanup
Mold remediation, sewage cleanup, biohazard cleanup, or insurance restoration work
Projects outside Monster Clean's normal service area
Requests involving unusual access requirements or other special circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Selection Process
Recipients are selected based on demonstrated need, community impact, and available scheduling. While we wish we could help everyone, submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection.
