End User License Agreement

Monster Clean — Internal Business Integration

Effective Date: October 31, 2026

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Monster Clean business dashboard and related integrations (collectively, the "Application"), operated by Monster Clean, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The Application is a private business management and accounting tool intended exclusively for Monster Clean and its authorized personnel. It is not a publicly distributed software product.

2. Authorized Use

Access to the Application is restricted to individuals authorized by Monster Clean.

Authorized users may use the Application for legitimate business activities, including financial reporting, customer and job management, payment reconciliation, and accounting operations.

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, misuse business information, interfere with system operations, or disclose access credentials to unauthorized individuals.

Monster Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The Application may integrate with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Housecall Pro, and other business software platforms.

These integrations facilitate the exchange and processing of authorized business information.

Use of third-party services remains subject to the respective providers' terms, privacy policies, and applicable agreements.

QuickBooks Online is a service provided by Intuit Inc. Monster Clean is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.

4. Data Access and Authorization

The Application accesses third-party business information only through authorized integrations and applicable permissions.

QuickBooks Online access is established using Intuit's authorization process. Users with appropriate administrative authority may disconnect the integration.

The collection, processing, storage, and retention of information are further described in the Monster Clean Integration Privacy Policy.

5. Financial Information

The Application assists with internal financial reporting, payment reconciliation, and accounting workflows.

Monster Clean remains responsible for reviewing the accuracy of financial transactions and accounting records.

The Application does not provide independent accounting, tax, or legal advice.

6. Availability and Limitations

Monster Clean may modify, suspend, or discontinue Application features as business requirements change.

The Application is provided for internal business use without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application and its proprietary components remain the property of Monster Clean or their respective licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through authorized use of the Application.

8. Termination

Authorization to use the Application may be revoked at any time.

Termination of access does not necessarily require deletion of financial records, transaction histories, or information retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

9. Changes to This Agreement

Monster Clean may revise this Agreement as its systems, services, or legal obligations change.

The updated Agreement will be published at this location with an updated effective date.
