Integration Privacy Policy
Monster Clean — Business Dashboard and Accounting Integrations
Effective Date: October 31, 2026
1. Introduction
Monster Clean respects the privacy and security of business, customer, and financial information.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, accessed, processed, stored, and protected through Monster Clean's internal business dashboard and associated integrations, including QuickBooks Online.
This policy specifically applies to the internal Application and does not replace any separate privacy policy governing Monster Clean's public website or cleaning services.
2. Information We Access and Process
Depending on the connected service and authorized functionality, the Application may access or process:
Business and customer contact information, including names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.
Service appointments, jobs, invoices, and transaction records.
Payment amounts, payment dates, processing fees, tips, and deposit information.
Accounting records, account identifiers, and transaction classifications.
Integration authorization information and connection status.
Technical information necessary for authentication, system operations, troubleshooting, and security.
The Application does not require customers to provide their QuickBooks Online usernames or passwords.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used for legitimate Monster Clean business operations, including:
Financial reporting and operational analysis.
Reconciling payments and bank deposits.
Preparing and recording authorized accounting transactions.
Maintaining accurate business records.
Supporting customer and service management workflows.
Monitoring integration performance and troubleshooting errors.
Protecting system security and preventing unauthorized access.
Monster Clean does not sell QuickBooks-connected information or use that information for third-party advertising.
4. QuickBooks Online Integration
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's authorized authentication process.
Access is limited to the permissions granted during authorization and the capabilities supported by the integration.
Connection credentials are intended to be handled through secured server-side systems rather than exposed through public-facing application pages.
Authorized administrators may request disconnection of QuickBooks Online access.
Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete historical accounting transactions or business records.
5. Information Sharing and Service Providers
Monster Clean may use third-party technology providers to operate the Application, including:
Intuit QuickBooks Online: Accounting data and authorized accounting transactions.
Housecall Pro: Customer, job, invoice, and payment-related business information.
Supabase: Database services and application infrastructure.
Vercel: Application hosting and server-side functionality.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services.
Monster Clean may also disclose information when legally required, to comply with applicable obligations, or to protect legitimate business and security interests.
6. Data Security
Monster Clean uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect business information against unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.
These safeguards may include authenticated application access, restricted database permissions, encrypted credential storage, and controlled server-side integration processes.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Data Retention
Business and financial information is retained for periods reasonably necessary to support accounting, reconciliation, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and legitimate operational requirements.
Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and applicable obligations.
Disconnecting QuickBooks Online does not automatically remove historical records that Monster Clean must or reasonably needs to retain.
8. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Questions concerning information maintained by the Application, including requests for access, correction, deletion, or integration disconnection, may be directed to Monster Clean using the contact information below.
Requests will be evaluated according to applicable law, accounting requirements, and legitimate business recordkeeping obligations.
9. Changes to This Policy
Monster Clean may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in business practices, technology providers, integrations, or legal requirements.
Updates will be published at this location with a revised effective date.
