Tile & Grout Cleaning
Unsealed grout is porous, like a sponge. Dirt, oil and mildew are easily trapped in unsealed porous grout. Homeowners who attempt grout cleaning on their own often find themselves wearing out dozens of toothbrushes as they scrub away for hours on end with only marginal improvements in grout appearance to show for their efforts.
Put away your toothbrushes, there is a better way to clean your grout lines. Our process can best be described as indoor pressure washing with no overspray.
We will inspect your grout for broken, cracked or loose grout lines prior to commencement of cleaning. Loose grout may be “washed” out by our cleaning process.
We will pre apply a highly alkaline detergent ( 12.5 PH ) to break down greasy and oily soils in preparation for cleaning. This detergent will be completely removed during the cleaning process, and poses no health risk to building occupants or the environment.
After cleaning, we are happy to re-seal your grout lines to prevent permanent soiling.
